Fruit Salad with Greek Yogurt Sauce

Here’s a deliciously easy fruit salad you can enjoy at a summer BBQ, for desert, or, like us, as a yummy breakfast.  The kids can’t get enough of it.  There’s something so novel about fruit salad.  And they love mixing the dressing up with the fruit.

You’ll need:
Fruit (duh) chopped into bite-sized pieces (I went with watermelon, banana, orange, grapes and kiwi because we had it all on-hand)
1/2 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
dash vanilla extract
dash cinnamon
2 teaspoons brown sugar
granola (optional)

Combine yogurt, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.  Refridgerate overnight.

Spoon fruit into individual serving bowls. Top fruit with yogurt, sprinkle with granola if desired.  Try not to lick the bowl clean.
